Oracle driver install for MSSQL Linked Server

Does anyone have instructions for installing the Oracle driver / provider needed to create a Linked Server in MS SQL Server?  I am trying to create a Linked Server in MS SQL.  The MS SQL link will connect to another server where an Oracle 11g database is hosted.  The Oracle driver / provider is not available by default.  Thank you.
