P4310 DODO/DCTO Text format

When I'm reviewing transfer orders in P4310, some rows have order number and order type bold and underline - these are open rows.  When a row is closed (400/999), the formatting changes to not bold, not underline, and is now blue.

Is this formatting change simply to identify open lines vs. closed lines?  Is there any other significance?
