how to debug a failed plugin deployment on EMCC 12cR5

Hi Folks,

trying to deploy a server side plugin on OMS, prereqs was failed but no error information was returned, then every time when i try to deploy again, i get an error:

The first attept was done from GUI WEB

but again from shell:

if we execute:

emcli deploy_plugin_on_server -plugin="oracle.sysman.vt" "-repo_backup_taken" -prereq_check

we get:

Performing pre-requisites check... This will take a while.

Action "Deployment Prerequisites Check" is currently in progress for another plug-in on the Management Servers. Try again after that action ends.

Use "emcli get_plugin_deployment_status -deployment_id=100077" to track the status of ongoing activity.
