How do I run patch wizard on a patch with multiple zip files?

Hello,

I am trying to run the patch wizard on an ASCP/MSC patch that has 5 zip files. It fails every time. I downloaded the files then ran it and it errors out. If I let Patch Wizard download the patch, it only gets the file p27921132_R12.MSC.C_R12_SOLARIS64_5of5.zip and it is zero bytes.

We are at AD and TXK Delta.10, ATG Delta.5 (going to put Delta.7 on soon) and I also put on the latest patches in the Doc ID 976688.2

Your assistance would be appreciated.
