Dear Experts...

My company have a requirement that, they are planning for 2 Node RAC 11gR2(version 11.2.0.4) on windows 2012R2 64 bit in VMware, having 32GB Ram.please help me or suggestions

1) please suggest appropriate DOC.

2) what are the prerequisite.

3) Is it possible in VMware and if there is draw back,please specify.etc...
