RAC Migration approach

I just got a challenging mission. Hope someone here can help.

I have a pair of Solaris 11.2 servers running RAC. Now I need to have physical migration of these 2 servers to another site with the following change/requirement. What's the best approach to migrate servers and database successfully?

1. Servers will change hostname and IP address after moved to new site.

2. Only servers will move to new site. SAN storage attached will not be moved. Therefore, Rman backup/restore will be required for data restoration.
