Determine SOMBF Pricing process failed error

Hi Team,

I am getting the error "Determine SOMBF Pricing process failed" when i am trying to create a drop ship orders.

i am getting the error for both kits and non kits.

Do we have any ESU for this error ? Could you please advice.
