Journal Line Description template

Hi all,

We are in the process of setting up Journal Line Description and Supporting References in SLA.

To do that we need to prepare templates containing Application, Application Accounting Definition, Event Class, Journal Line Definition, and Journal Line Type so users can fill the desired Journal Line Description.

Is there any standard report that can generate the above? or any other way to prepare above template?
