Credit Limit (Parent and Child) with customer relationship

Hi Fellows,

We have around 10 branches in a city and every branches have their own separate customers and their credit limits,

Also, in branch level we have a separate credit limit,

For, e.g.

Branch 1 has credit limit = 15,00,000/-

and suppose,

customer 1 limit = 2,00,000/-

customer 2 limit = 5,00,000/-

if customer limit exist but branch credit limit exceeded with 15,00,000/- orders get hold and user can release the order.

So,

Is there any possibility in system that i create one customer as a Parent customer/Branch Customer and apply the branch level credit limit on Account level, 

and create a customer relationship between Parent/branch customer and Customer 1 and Customer 2 and credit apply on child level customer on site level.
