unreadable characters when running runInstaller

Hello !

We have built 2 new OEL7.4 servers installing binaries for Oracle 12cR2

We have built them on Azure.

So far no issues, but for my third server which should be setup the same way I got a weird issue

the runInstaller is showing unreadable characters (see picture).

The issue is the same as explained in

Unreadable Characters When Running Runinstaller.sh or Eppmconfig.sh for P6 16.2 (Doc ID 2312101.1)

The solution is listed as

"Exact rpms (Linux libraries) that should be removed is unknown.
