rapidwiz.cmd issue

Hello,

during my upgrade process from R12.1.3 to R12.2 , i have to run rapidwiz.cmd, unfortunately the progress bar was stuck at the first steps with the attached error:

Fatal Error: TXK Install Service

oracle.apps.fnd.txk.util.ProcessException: IO Exception starting process: mkdir -p E:\\oracle\\CLONE\\fs2\\FMW_Home ## Captured Exception=java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "mkdir": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified

    at oracle.apps.fnd.txk.util.TXKProcess.run(TXKProcess.java:773)

    at oracle.apps.fnd.txk.util.TXKProcess.run(TXKProcess.java:680)
