HMR to add public IP in custom header

Hi, I need to know if it is possible to add the source IP address in a custom header to the core, taking into account that this information is not included in the SIP message since it is under NAT

Example of SIP INVITE from access site

Invite from 200.54.78.4 to 190.4.5.10
