Amt rate in calculation table

Hello,

I am trying to set a calculation table for a life insurance where the rate is 28 cents per every 1000 dollars of the base salary but when I populate the amt rate field with the rate 0.00028 the field rounds to 0.0003. Is there another way to set this calculation so that it does not round up?
