IP17.5: Application Migration fails at "Import Schema" step

Hello Team,

We upgraded Siebel from 8113 to IP17.5. DEV and SIT is upgrdaed instance.

Below stpes followed to setup Siebel Application migration:

1. Created Migration Profile

2. Deployed migration profile successfully

3. created user SIEBMG (with sadmin responsibility) in DEV and SIT. SIEBMG has same password in both env.

4. Created connection, Source-DEV, Target-SIT

5. Created Migration plan for Full RR repository migration

6. Executed the plan. first step of Export Schema is done, but it fails at second step of "import schema". Logs attached.

7. Oracle KB doc- IP17 Workflows Are Blank in Upgraded Environment ( Doc ID 2354678.1 ).

     In our DEV and SIT instance "File Transfer" workflow is blank. Does this is the cause of failure??
