Change of Subnet Mask of Server - Effect

Hello,

Currently we are in -

TR-9.1.3.1

AR-9.0

DB- db2 (power 7)

JAS - weblogic 11g (10.3.6) on windows 2008 r2 machine

DEP-windows 2008 r2 machine

My query is if we change the subnet mask and Ip address will remain same then will it effect the current operation of JAS server , Deployment server , AS400.

Please help me out on this.
