Does anyone know of any documentation on how to interface MES to OTL?

We're looking to capture labor and timekeeping in MES and process it to OTL and payroll.  We currently use a home grown external system to capture the shop floor labor and moves and use the interface tables to bring them into Oracle.  We'd like to see if there's a way to keep this all in Oracle.  Is there any documentation on how to interface labor time entered through MES to OTL and payroll?  We'd like the time entered in MES to produce a timecard in OTL, where we can use the current approval functionality.  And since the WIP moved would
