AR Transaction error message when we query up - Transaction created from Advanced Collections
Hi Team,
We are creating CM from Advanced Collections (We are using Credit Memo AME workflow which will push the data to AR via CM API).
When i try to query the invoice created from Advanced collections, i am getting the below error message when i try to click on Line button.
For the same customer (and under same OU), if i try to create a manual CM, there are no issues.
It looks like, inventory item is disappearing (because of this error message). But i can see that backend tables (RA_CUSTOMER_TRX_LINES_ALL) has the required inventory item id.
