AP Interest invoices with simple interest calculation

in Payables and Cash Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

We are looking to implement AP interest invoices functionality. The formula used for calculation is fixed and does not meet the requirements for Australia. The requirement is to have a simple interest calculation.

a) Has anyone implemented for Australia / used simple interest calculation?

b) Is it a package where the formula can be modified (customized)?
