Issue when opening forms in oracle e- business suite application from the web browser chrome,firefox

I'm trying to access and use some Oracle E-business suite Applications by using Firefox, chrome and Internet Explorer.

Each time I launch the application I get the following message:

In order to access this application, you must install the J2SE Plugin version 1.6.0_07. To install this plugin, click here to download the oaj2se.exe executable. Once the download is complete, double-click the oaj2se.exe file to install the plugin. You will be prompted to restart your browser when the installation is complete.

So I've downloaded the J2SE Plugin version 1.6.0_07 plugin and installed. Tried again to run the Oracle Application and the above message was displayed again.
