P4314 - Voucher Match Entry (Entry vanished)

Hello,

Sometimes the users used to complaint that in " P4314 - Voucher Match Entry - Voucher Match" , he made 40 entries  but in the system its showing only 2 entry that is  rest of the entries got vanished.

The above issues not arising frequently but it used to come in some interval not daily.

What is the cause of this issues, please help me out to trouble shoot this issues.

TR - 9.1.3.1

AR- 9.0

DB- DB2 (AS400, power 7, V7R1)

Oracle weblogic 11g (10.3.6), Windows server 2008R2.
