JDE process used up tempdb space

Hi, our client is just upgraded from Xe to E920 TR 9.2.1.2 last month. They are on Windows Server 2012 R2 and database is SQL Server 2012. They encounter an issue that tempdb of SQL Server grew and used up all space of the disk it resides in. It resides in a dedicate disk drive which is 100GB in size and the size grow and eventually take up 99% of the disk space. We are no expert of SQL Server. We tried to use the queries below to check the free space last time when its size is 99GB and
