Cost share fringe and SFA

Hello,

Could anyone please explain if the delivered functionality for cost share transactions - FRN & SFA - get distributed to GL? What we notice is that  fringe (FRN) and F&A (we generate it via Process Grants Facilities in GM) while get distributed to PROJ_RESOURCE with respectively analysis types: CFR & CFA but none of them makes it to PS_CA_ACCTG_LN_PC and consequently don't get journal generated and not posted to GL. Is this the delivered process or do we miss something in our end?
