Oracle Credit Memo AME workflow notification shows the buttons as Approved or Rejected instead of Ap

Hi All,

We are on Oracle R12.2.4

Does any body know as to why i am able to see the buttons as "Approved" or "Rejected" in the below Credit Memo workflow notification (generated via AME) instead of "Approve" or "Reject"
