FSG Transfer Successful but why is Component not visible

I have run the FSG Transfer Program successfully in the Target instance.

The output file shows the Transfer was successful.

When I go into the Reports>Define and look / search for the transferred component (Row Set in this case), I cannot see it.

I reran the FSG Transfer Program, and received the error that the component already exists and the existing on will be used.

Again, I search but the component is not visible to me.

Is there a reason?

Do I need to wait longer? It has been over an hour now.....

I verified the component name was correct and that I am in the correct Target instance. Also, the source is the only place the component exists so I know my source information is correct.
