BIP Analyzer HTML not responding to clicks even after the allowed blocked content button

Hi All,

I have ran the BIP analyzer scripts and it generated the HTML file. i opened the file in IE and followed the step in MOS for know issues. after i clicked the allowed blocked content button it still does not respond to any click done on the page. what could be happening.
