Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. closing period payable take to long and return to black screen

i wana close payable period with Control Payables Periods window, but i have it return to stack or black screen and then i closed it by closing ie.

when i check again the period still open and when i want to closed again return popup window

and when i click no button then it return:

i dont know why its happen, for your information this closing period usually take serveral minute.
