XENVIRONMENT variable for forms and reports during AL32UTF8 migration

Hi,

I was in the process of migrating R12.1.3 USASCII to AL32UTF8 by following doc 393861.1.

The section in the below picture asks to set XENVIRONMENT in custom environment file.

But checking the environment file revealed that the XENVIRONMENT is already set by default in case of UTF8 and AL32UTF8

can we ignore this step and continue?
