How can we track the customer profile record changes with history of changes in Oracle Apps R12

How can we track the customer profile record changes with history of changes in Oracle Apps R12. Now our business would like to know the customer profile changes on customer level in receivables module.

So anyway we can track the previous updates on HZ_CUSTOMER_PROFILES.profile_class_id column?
