Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear All,

I'm trying to create a query to select any receipt that has no statement number

the query should select all receipts except those who have statement number & line number.
