Upgrade ODA from 12?1?2?6?0 to 12.2.1.3.0

Hello,

Is it possible to Upgrade an ODA X5-2 configured in Bare Metal, from 12.1.2.6.0 version directly to 12.2.1.3.0 version  ?

As reading the ODA 12.2.1.3.0 Readme file, Oracle recommand to upgrade  with the following steps :

1) 12.1.2.6.0    --> 12.1.2.10.0

2) 12.1.2.10.0  --> 12.1.2.12.0

3) 12.1.2.12.0  --> 12.2.1.3.0

When you read the ODA 12.2.1.2.0 Readme file, Oracle say that you can upgrade ODA directly from 12.1.2.6.0 to 12.2.1.3.0.

Why a such behaviour, now ?
