FA Number is not updated in EAM

Hi

just looking to confirm as I am afraid the answer is already a No.

But when an asset is created in FA and EAM using OAT, I am still not seeing the FA number being populated on the EAM record in the others tab.

Without using an extension or manually updating is there something I am missing in profile or IB that will trigger the population of this field, similarly to how the FA Asset is now being created with the same Serial Number as the EAM asset.
