P48096 Billing Mark up table

Hello community. We are planning to use the Billing Rate/Mark up table by entering per employee their billing rates. IF these employees come from different business units, what is the Key Type and Table key we need to use. What does Job Class do? When we choose Business Unit / Job Type, we need to key in the Business Unit but employees with Billing rates are from different business units . How do we go about it
