QFS Client performance issue

Dear Team,

We have a 3 node sun cluster, where hsmsvr1 is primary QFS server hamavr3 is primary NFS server and hsmsvr3 act as the secondary node for  both QFS and NFS.

We have 8 QFS clients ( RHEL 7.2 & 6.8 ). We have done performance test using dd command and noted performance is very low. How can we increase  the performance
