After Vertex May 18, 2018 update, FIT is not being withheld

Hi there!

We are seeing something very strange - in our non-prod instances, after we applied Vertex Payroll Tax Q Series May 18, 2018 updates, no FIT is being held for any employees.

Reading from the documentation of Vertex "Summary of Data Modifications"

we could not understand why this would impact us at all - we have no EEs in any of the states impacted - Idaho, Kentucky, Oregon, Utah, Wisconsin, Ohio, or Pennsylvania.

We are on Oracle R12.2.4 RUP10 HRMS US Payroll.

Can some Oracle gurus help?
