Clone - Concurrent manager script to limit the number of processes

Hi,

Does anyone have a script to modify the number of processes in the concurrent managers?

We have way to many concurrent managers running.  When I clone an instance I substantially limit the number of manager process that start.

I'd like to run a script to limit the number of processes started after the database is cloned but before the apps tier is cloned. 

For instance, after cloning production. I login to the clone.  go to OAM-> site map -> Application Services -> Generic Services -> Request Processing Manager ->

Select -> Standard Manager ->  Edit - > Go to Edit Service Parameters -> Processes -> Change from 30 to 5.->  Save
