view 1099-R in self service for 12.2

Hello!

We are in the process of upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.7.

We have to migrate RUP11 to 12.1.3 before we go live with  12.2.7.

With the RUP in 12.1.3, the new functionality is available to view the 1099-R in Self-Service, but I don't see this function in our environment for 12.2. (I am told by my DBA's that RUP11 is inclusive in 12.2.7)

What am I missing to have the 1099-R available in self-service for 12.2?
