To remove address validation for Receivables but to keep it for Payables

We have a requirement where we do not want any address validation while creating a customer in Receivables but we need to keep address validation while creating supplier in Payables

I tried to make Profile option HZ: Address Validation Level for Application to No Validation for Receivables application and Warning for Payables application, but this is removing address validation for both

Can anyone suggest how this is possible?
