Dispose or Remove "Received (not in Service)" Assets

Is there any way to dispose or remove "Received (not in Service)" Assets using a batch process?  I can remove them individually via Non-Financial Disposal but that is online and by individual asset.

The scenario is that someone loaded serial ID to a PO receipt for low-value monitors that we would prefer to capitalize in bulk.  We end up with 100 monitors below the capitalization threshold.  The voucher information goes to exclusion (EXC) on the interface.  I have a lot of assets we don't want.  Is there a way to get rid of them in a batch type of process?

MTM "Retire Non-Capital Assets" allows me to select the asset ID, but it doesn't create the RNA interface row.  I cannot find a MTM that creates a REN interface row that may be the correct type to create.
