Encumbrance entries for non-integrated project budget control

Dear All,

Will the encumbrance entries be created if we use only Non-integrated project budget control solution?

We dont want these entries to post to GL.

It looks like these entries being generated when I did a test setups, for non-integrated budget control solution, please advise how to restrict them.

We have setup the profile: GL:Create Encumbrance Entries for Budgetary Accounts to No at site level already.
