Quality Module Action Execute Sql Script

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi

We have Collection plan defined for Parent and Child. For Parent Plan for action Execute sql script is working fine when we make transaction on Mobile supply chain (Enter Results)

Where as for Child plan when we make transaction through Oracle Application View Results screen Execute sql script is not getting triggered. any pointers on resolving this.
