Unable to browse Siebel Management Console

Hi

We have generated Keystore and Truststore as mentioned in support Doc ID 2294567.1 with parameter CN= Gateway server host name FQDN.

After installation of IP2017 binaries, when we browse SMC, we are getting NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID error as attached in screenshot, also proceed to unsafe/proceed anyway option is missing , We tried to rest chrome/stopping antivirus, it doesnt help.
