Mistake in SRDC - What data does Oracle Support need to troubleshoot a Enterprise/Siebsrvr/AI Profil

We're working on an issue in IP17 SMC. Doc ID 2356270.1 states a series of steps that are required to get logs together for Oracle to review for support.
Included in that is this reference:
(2.3) For Application interface(AI) Profile Deployment issue:
Locate ai\cfgtoolslog\cfg\* folder
Zip the latest config*.log files as AI_cfg_logs.zip and Upload the zip file to the SR
I am unable to find that folder under the AI installation either on my problem environment or another environment that is functioning normally.
It appears this folder is only under the SES.
Does this seem correct? Should it be there or is there maybe a documentation problem?
