Release IP address

Is there a way to release an IP address when objects are deleted?

We were in a situation where a specific service should be migrated to another SBC. We deleted all objects belonging to the service (network-interface, sip-interface, realm, steering-pool etc.) on SBC1, created similar objects on SBC2 and activated both configurations.

The routers ARP cache was flushed, but subsequent ARP requests resulted in ARP reply from SBC1. We had reboot both nodes in the SBC1 HA cluster in order to get routing towards SBC2.
