ORA-1652 error raised every 15-20mins

Error "ORA-1652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespace TEMP" reported repeatedly in alert log of 11.2.0.4 database monitored by OEM13c release 2.

I was able to replicate known issue mentioned in metalink Doc ID 2201982.1. The workaround didn't resolve the issue. As support suggested, I also disabled automatic tuning task. It didn't resolve the issue either. I believe SQL causing the error is from OEM monitoring tool. Anyone experienced a similar issue and know the resolution by any chance?
