Performance issue in customized concurrent program

After we applied to production the patch 13711550:R12.AP.B, we encountered a performance slowdown in our customized concurrent program "AP to AR interface". This customized program will transfer all cash advance transactions with invoice type as prepayment to AR. We dont have any changes in the "AP to AR interface" program but the performance was significantly affected after patch. Prior to patch application the program runs for 30 mins or less but after the patch application its running for 2 hours.
