Personal form for all versions

One application we are using P54HS00 have forms with lots of subforms. We have created a few versions of this application. I have created a personal form in one version. When I checked the other version, the Personal form is not there. Should i create manually each the personal form in all versions? IS there a way to just copy one to all?
