EBS 12.1.3 / 12.2 Certification for Database higher than 12.1.0.2

I do not find any certifications for EBS 12.1.3 / 12.2 Certification with Database higher than 12.1.0.2 while DB 12.1.0.2 will be on extended support starting 1 Aug 2019
