How to use 'Replace' and 'Append' options together in FDM Import Script?

Need help in using both 'Replace' and 'Append' options in Import Script. 

Requirement- We have an Import script in which curretnly we are using 'Replace' option as Import Type. 

We need to include 'Append' option in the script so that first it can use 'Replace' option and then when runing for the 2nd time Import it uses the 'Append' option.

Version - Oracle Hyperion FDQM 11.1.2.2
