Back dated address change in ESS
Is there a valid reason employees should be able to enter a back dated address change in Employee Self Service? An employee updated their address as of 2 months prior to current date then expected that we go back and send the taxes to the correct jurisdiction. If there is no valid reason employees should be able to back date an address change could this be changed so that effective date must be at least equal to the system date? This would prevent this situation from arising again.
