Adding new Enterprise server

Hi,

Our ENT server is on AS400, Web on win 2008 r2, Ibm 7.0.0.11 app server. All three environments DV, PY, PD on one ENt server.

We have decided to add Lpar and and separate  ENT server for DV and PY. Is there any documentation for it? I can see only adding new Ent server in oracle doc not more than it.

Any information will be helpful.
